About Alyssa

For the last 19 years I have been thoroughly preparing students to take the Critical Reading, Reasoning and Writing portions of the SAT, ACT, SAT II Literature, GRE, and GMAT, and reading and writing portions of the ISEE, COOP and SSAT. As a former Princeton Review teacher and site leader, I was trained specifically to teach students how to understand and navigate the unique environment of the college admissions tests. Over the years I have built on my initial training by developing a methodology that enables students to calmly and rationally “work” each section of these tests. I have also developed numerous strategies - customized to fit the individual student’s needs.
